I´m playing TP the second time in hard mode (Win10 / steam). This time, Franklin´s passport is not in is hotel room (704). Is that a bug?

You don’t need Franklin’s passport but someone else’s.

_facepalm_

Yes, of course! 😃

But hey - that´s the proof that TWP is worth it to play it more than only one time 😉
