Technically fan art? Stumbled across a couple of Monkey Island-related builds on the Lego Ideas site. You can also vote for them to become official Lego sets!

After that the set is reviewed by the Lego team. So even if the set got 10.000 supporters it’s not guaranteed that it will become an official product.
