Some ideas: - A vacuum cleaner to pick up the specks of dust, hehe. - More Steam Achievements. Like one for releasing Willie. - Some light on who kidnapped an agent, killed Boris and put agent Reyes on the slab. - More info on the underground movement in the forest. - Find out why Mansion Mansion guy is digging. Maybe let him find something to dig up. - Reveal connection between Sherif and Chuck/the Tron3000 machines. - Additional puzzles!! ---

OK, tried to XOR 69 it, then convert to ASCII, but it doesn’t work. It’s a puzzle. “Every puzzle has an answer”. ---

I tried hex to ascii converter, its not plain ascii. I tried a XOR decoder tool that makes some guesses to key and key length, if its XOR it did not guess correct. I then stumbled upon a whole bunch of very suspicious websites in looking for brute force XOR decoding, and concluded; I better stop trying. ---
