# TWP in the EPIC store

Hello fellow… thimbleweedians? 🤔

I did a quick search and I couldn’t find this big piece of news so I’m sharing it here: TWP is going to be free in the EPIC store from Feb 21 - Mar 07. I think this is fantastic! A lot of people who never tried an adventure game before might get hooked with the genre after trying TWP, I sincerely hope so…

I wonder what kind of deal Mr. Gilbert struck with EPIC?

Urgh…  
They have made some [nice games in the past](https://www.gog.com/games?devpub=epic_games&page=1&sort=release_asc).  
I hope they won’t make any notable games in the future (future means 2005 or later for me 🙂).
