I’ve been in this restaurant once, months ago. In that occasion, I sent you some very explicit pic. Tonight I’m here with my wife, and I thought about you and about the fact we don’t have a proper “food porn” thread. Yes, we have the strange food thread, but that was intended for STRANGE food… BTW, I should go back on topic and post some strange food there… We don’t have a place were to share useless and uncalled for pics of shiny and glamorous food. I saw once some famous chefs who were to guess a food tasting it blindfolded… emabrassing mistakes! The “cracked casing” are truffle slices. Anyway here a tartare is very creatively served differently in any restaurant… so it could look differently when presented. While in the fridge it always look as… raw minced meat 😅 ---

I don’t order “Tintenfisch” too. 😉 In most restaurants the dish is either called “Tintenfischringe” or “Calamares” (we even have the alternative plural “Calamari”).
