Can you maybe give a very vague hint?
I did find the other source of battery, but nickle news wont give me paperclips to break into the door.
And will the device delete my savegame?
Edit: WHy dont the spoilers blur?

I’ve actually found at least two ways. The first way I found was based on doing something with a tool, which turned out to be the correct solution for the wrong reason. The second solution followed naturally but I’m not sure I’d have thought of it.
Hint: don’t search for new batteries.
Hint: or do.
Like I said, worked out for me.
I actually found the solution quite randomly.
5 pics to go…
What I did on my Mac, was to just jump to another Space. The game would pause and stay on, while I could do other things (and could even put the computer to sleep) and later return to the game right back to where I left off ![]()
Just completed.
Major spoiler, don’t view it if you haven’t completed:
So anyone wonder where the passw fit? It must unlock something, but where?
Same here! It was just coincidence.
That’s why Steam thinks I played this game for like 12 hours
I left it running whenever I had to do other stuff in order not to lose my progress.
I tried to combine it with the data here Did anyone have a look if there's something on the disk from the collectors box? - #65 by jaymanu but no luck
Only five here; apparently Steam doesn’t count it in standby.
But in reality it’s probably about 2-3? I didn’t time it but I played it three times at night for about half an hour plus roughly an hour on Saturday afternoon.
Thanks for this fun freebie!
It updated today (in Steam) and now it won’t start:
“Critical Error!
Failed to find ‘Gamesheet.png’ for texture creation.”
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no go.
Hello,
is this on Mac or Windows?
If re-installing doesn’t work, you can also try verifying the integrity of game files. Right-click on the game in your Steam library, select Properties, go to the “Local Files” tab, and then click on “Verify integrity of game files”.
Hi, thanks for the reply. It’s on Mac. I already tried verifying the integrity, it says the files are fine. While I’m there, it says build id 5011460.
Cheers
If you use Epic, you’ll find the game on it too.
Thanks for the info. The issue is on our end. We’re looking into the problem and will hopefully be able to fix it soon!
Hello again
the fix should now be live on Steam. Can you please take a look and see if the issue is resolved for you?
Delores is back in action! Thanks to you all for the speedy response

Speaking of which, while I am waiting for a GOG release:
Did anyone got this running on Windows 7? (My graphics adapter supports DirectX 12 but I haven’t dared to install DirectX 12 yet)
I’m still astonished how many people are still using Windows 7 with an active internet connection after Microsoft dropped the support …
