I wonder if there’s a complete list somewhere. The single tie-in novel I read at some point was something like Indiana Jones and the Berserkers. Except that is not, apparently, the actual title.

My local book store used to have an entire section dedicated to these kind of books. Indiana Jones novels, Star Wars Novels, BattleTech novels, Star Trek novels, Shadowrun novels etc etc…
That does the trick! I imagine it’s about as complete as you’re likely to get. Apparently the book I was thinking of would’ve been the Dutch translation of Indiana Jones und das Schiff der Götter.
