Looks like the Pyramid Head knife. I´d drag that thing behind me.
I didn’t know who this character was (I’m quite uneducated about manga and anime, except for the super-famous ones) so I searched for it and Wikipedia showed me a manga cover, in which I immediately recognize the graphic style of Rumiko Takahashi, who illustrated also some of my favorite TV series: Lum and Ranma ½!

Inu Yasha was on MTV (Italy) since year 2000, even if the manga is older (1997)
Here is a cross-over where Zak Phoenix is on Mêlée Island.
This is the reason I went to Italy. Flew there, took the photo, flew back.
