Fran Bow (adventure game)

I haven’t seen enough Fran Bow love in this forum! Maybe not all of you know this game?

It’s currently 70% off on GOG fpr 24h, give it a try:

I’ve played it and found it a very creepy and sad game. Sad in the sense of: “It makes me sad.” And this isn’t what I would like to play.

Yes, it’s not for everyone someone. Also not safe for kids.

didn’t know about it. Thanks

It’s on my list somewhere after The Cat Lady.

Someone mentioned “cat lady” in this thread. now if someone else mentions “coraline” or “creepy Neil Gaiman/Tim Burton like modern fairy tale” I´m in for this game!

Coraline was a cute novella. What about it? :stuck_out_tongue:

Button Eyes?

Fine, creepy, cute… who’s counting.

I played the demo and I found it too creepy. Especially since I can only play at night, I don’t think I’ll ever play the full version :stuck_out_tongue:

But I always read “Laura Bow”, which is my favorite Sierra adventure.

I certainly won’t.

I don’t wanna repeat myself

Fran Bow was released on the the Origin (Electronic Arts) store

Not that I care much about this particular store, but there are two things to note:

  1. They had to get an age rating: Fran Bow is now recommended for ages 16 and up
  2. They have started working on Fran Bow 2! (pre-production)
