I have to admit I only installed/played one game through the GOG Galaxy client, but was put off by its resemblance to Steam in wanting to connect and/or update before letting me play that I never installed another game through galaxy again. Also I hate popups on achievements while I am playing; they’re ok when I want to view them later, but not while I am submerged in the game.
Just to say that GOG thinks I have all these games I never played. While in reality I have all these games of which 95% I never played
