Somebody at Twitter (or here?) posted a gif of 
in the White House talking trash. Does anyone have a link to that post?
I would like to combine the following:
- Have a new Twitter account follow Donald Trump on Twitter.
- Put the content of every new tweet through a script such as Rhubarb Lip Sync.
- Tweet an autogenerated gif of in the White House “speaking” the content of the tweet with the appropriate text (and font) and animated face.
It seems though that Rhubarb needs a sound file to work. I don’t know if there is a similar tool that works on English text alone without the sound file.
