I always wondered if she’s wheeling clockwise or counterclockwise?
The wind in the hair seems to be a giveaway.
I am not sure, I’d put both hands on the floor, until my legs are far enough.
Then again, my daughter can do a cartwheel on one hand.
Obviously she is doing a handstand with only one hand (while trying to hold the balance with her legs).

I don’t get it. Why that idea should be typically italian? 
Is it a commonplace that italian people sleep taking so much space?
Actually my first mental image was that she was lying on the ground after falling from a window, but I felt that it was uselessly gruesome.
I found the image of a girl that takes all the bed for herself a lot more cute.
