Ghetto Conspiracy has good humour, sometimes it really makes you laugh. Also, among the games I’ve seen is the one that most resembles Thimbleweed Park, when you walk around the town. Recommended!
Feria D’Arles is also very good, but short (3 hours). Good humour there as well. And good puzzles.

Frog Detective 2 by Grace Bruxner was released in December. I haven’t seen it before but apparently the first one was released a year ago.
It’s short (1h) and puzzles aren’t hard but it seems neat (review at Adventure Gamers).
