Well… Beautiful summer weather in Germany… So… Make your holidays in Germany! 
But the landscape on that picture still looks very cool and beautiful. If I were @PiecesOfKate, I would try to enjoy the vacation nevertheless. I’m confident that there are possibilities to do and explore even if it’s raining…
