It was published in a Finnish computer magazine Skrolli 2021.3. The author will publish the comic on his comic blog at some point.
As far as I know, only My Gaming Days comic has been translated into English.

Other discrepancies with the Caribbean environment were explicitly pointed out by the characters in MI1, for comedy:
Stan: They set off, like many before, to find the legendary Secret of Monkey Island™. And, like many before, they disappeared forever. Their fate–a mystery. Almost as mysterious as how this ship returned to Mêlée Island™ without a single human aboard. Some claim it was sailed back by a crew of chimps.
Guybrush: Chimps? There aren’t any chimps in the Caribbean!
Stan: Oh, shut up. It makes a good story.
Many MI elements are just a pretext to present a story. As Ron said:

For those in the UK like myself who want to watch Devolver Digital’s livestream tomorrow, the date and time (in GMT) is 9th July at 10:00pm. We hopefully should be seeing the game in action during the stream.

Hmm, according to that countdown, the start time is 11:00pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), but their website states that the start time is 3:00pm PT (Pacific Time), which is 10:00pm GMT. It’s probably best for fellow Brits to tune in at 10:00pm, just to be on the safe side.
I’m sure that they’ll make the stream available to all after it concludes regardless but I’ll be recording it as it goes out live, just in case and if need be, I’ll upload the Return to Monkey Island segment to my Google Drive for anybody who missed it.

No. All online sources say that they are hopeful it will happen, and I also think that there is a high chance it will. But, technically, nobody has said that they will showcase the game.
The recent update of Terrible Toybox website, just days before the online event, might be considered a hint that they needed to show a coherent design across all sites and contents before making some announcement. But again, it’s just speculation.
The Devolver Digital website currently doesn’t even have a page for the game.

Didn’t the UK move its clocks forward from GMT by one hour to GMT+1 for the Daylight Saving period? So, the start time of 11:00pm you see is 11:00pm GMT+1.

Here in Italy, the countdown says 00:00 10 June. We are currently GMT+2 for the daylight saving time.

Rom always tells you what you need to know, but not always what you want to know. He isn’t interested in feeding into people’s hype. Of course, we may have to prepare for disappointment in the form of no Monkey Islnd presence at the showcase. I hope I’m wrong, but I’ve got to play devil’s advocate just to keep my own sanity
