That’s so cute! I don’t think I watched that at the time. It’s quite soothing which is what I need right now. Thanks for drawing my attention back to it.

I just LOVE this kind of random stuff in dreams!

I had the “house” dream again. I don’t remember much and don’t have time to tell anyway, but I remember I was having guests and I thought they could sleep in my parents’ room, but it was occupied by my uncle, so the guests slept in the newly discovered 1.5th floor.

Today my daughter woke me up by screaming “ukulele” in her sleep. Sounds like I found a heir.

Did you know that Carl Jung coined the term “House Dream” based on his own house dream?

Sounds like Being John Malkovich is still in your head

That’s hilarious! Good going mini-Guga.

Lately I have found myself dreaming a lot of my best friend from school (we went to two schools together).
I don´t remember any details but I know he´s often there. We´ve been regulary in touch for almost 12 years but haven´t talked to each other in 10 years. However he´s never been missing out on texting me for my birthday and I for his. Maybe because on this past birthday he wrote that he thinks it´s a pity we don´t see each other anymore but that he still often thinks of the good old times. I miss him too.

Aww  does he live far away or is it just one of those things?

You should try and meet up sometime
Or if distance/your schedules don’t allow it, a Skype chat might be nice.

One of those things.

We just drifted apart. He basically cut contacts to all his friends after he met his now-wife (I never met her but she really wasn´t popular with his other friends).

That’s a shame. It makes sense he’s still in your subconscience (and conscience, I guess).

I dream about people from school a fair bit, even those I’m not in contact with. I don’t think it’s anything unresolved though, just bits of my past coming back to represent new things.

Oh yeah I do too. But the weird thing is when I dream of people from school I had exactly zero connection with and hardly every talked with. Mostly knew from seeing. That might be the mind just getting unused info a spin every know and then so it doesn´t get completly thrown away. If that makes any sense.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I also think sometimes we forget why we remember those people. It must’ve been a bit significant at the time to store it, even though now it seems less so.

Wow. The subconscious is powerful, huh.

Last night I had a nightmare that there were people breaking in. They were really tall and ominous. They didn’t speak – just loomed over me. I’ve not had a nightmare in a while but I did not enjoy that!

I also must have dreamt something nightmarish.
I only distincly remember loudly screaming:

"Help the penguin is harrasing me! Stop it and leave me alone, penguin!"

But that´s really the only thing I remember.

Maybe The Penguin is a mafia dream character who goes around terrorising people. Perhaps he visited you after breaking into mine.

He might have a grudge because I ate his fish fingers yesterday.

Regular Linux user?

/edit:

The penguin could also be a picture for a man in a tuxedo.

An evil penguin who haunts the dreams of several people at a time?
