Grilled piri piri chicken, homemade potato salad, vegetable rice, garlic courgette, pitta and yoghurt. Al fresco - a rarity in England!
Sorry, all about the food and drink tonight
And bent ears. Don´t forget bent ears!
Recipes! Where are the recipes?!?

Great weather for a Trump balloon watching garden party.
All this food made me hungry again, so I quickly wolfed down a PieceOfCake, For drink, I’m opting for beer and lemonade.

Yum. I like a nice shandy.
Where I come from we call that a cyclist.
Vol-au-vent with fries (homemade)
Yeah, I know the presentation here isn’t great but I was more preoccupied getting as much as possible on my plate rather than making it picture perfect.
You were able to eat that enormous pile of food? ![]()
The trick is to eat each little piece one.at.a.time.
Chewing also helps a bunch.
Actually that doesn’t help.
The more you chew and the slower you eat the faster you get sated. So it would help to “bolt”(*) the meal.
(*) I hope that is the correct word. ![]()

Huh?
If you have 5 or more stomachs then I have to revise my rule above. ![]()
Hang on, I haven´t finished counting yet…
That looks interesting, and tasty. What’s in a vol-au-vent there?
At home vol-au-vents are party food
Homie! Don’t fill up on bread!
“Bolt down” the meal is correct ![]()
And filled my plate for a second round too!
Chicken, mushrooms, meatballs (also homemade of course), cream,…
The “croutes” (the pastries) were just from the store. For size reference, these are the big ones - not the mini versions you could swallow whole as party food- well, one perhaps could if one is a cow (see above).

I would even be able to eat the whole food on the (first) plate. How do you do that and how do you keep your body in shape?
