I did, and the music reminded me of the circus in TWP. Perhaps I forgot it was mentioned before, but then I looked into the credits and yep: Steve Kirk!

I didn’t knew that before. But yesterday I found a podcast with an interview to Steve Kirk and he also talks extensively about the music of SSITVTDTUSS:AMMTPRPG (Scurvy Scallywags…):
