The “soft” line for me is names of places. I tend to not translate those in text or art. There are exceptions, but I always start there.
Yeah, let’s just stick with Nickel News then. I’ll see if I can slip in a few references to it using its translation, to help young children (whom this translation is mainly intended for) make the link that this is the newspaper’s name.
Luckily “open” is the same in Dutch, so no need to translate the Quickie Pal neon sign.

I am planning to also derive a Flemish translation from the Dutch one tomorrow. For this, the _nl images/layers simply need to be copied and renamed as _vl.
