I discovered how to do it without clues, but Natalie says that she is waiting for the call of the sheriff´s police office saying that a women by the mansion is being noisy, but when I go to the police office with the other character to say it so Natalie goes I can´t. I just don´t have the option of the mansion and I don´t know what to do.
Your options are not literally. Try something that sounds closest to it.

Im sorry, i dont get it..
I have an agent at each end of the police scanner now, but I can’t seem to get Nathalie’s attention. In what order should I say the lines? And is the map in her office the one I need? I had played for 8 hours on Android and thought I was starting a new game, but I’ve had to replay everything from the beginning; my patience is running out.
Natalie is looking for something in particular. She’s interested in something about X doing Y in Z - when you call from the radio, you have to select things that might look like the same. I don’t remember if the order is the same, but you have subject, action and location, and those three choices must match what Natalie is waiting for.
