An X-Phile who never played Zak McKracken!
Iāve never made the connection⦠but thatās probably because Iāve never played it⦠bit of a
Just ask @David. I think he said when X-Files came out he instantly loved it and many aspects of it reminded him of his game.
Who knows maybe he can give you some hints when you finally start playing it.
Interesting⦠Maybe Iāll consider it when Iāve finished Thomas is Alone. I kinda wanted to revisit Monkey Island though, and thatās on Steam (albeit for PC).
Yeah, I think currently when you want to legit get Zak you have to go to GOG (@Nor_Treblig going āhave to?!ā in 3,2,1,⦠)
I never watched X-files (not true, I never finished it, I am somewhere near the end of season 1, got the whole series on DVD) but I never ever associated that to Zak or vice versaā¦
It“s that whole men in black are among us conpiracy thing. The three headed squirell could have been a Darin Morgan written monster of the week episode and with Zak and Annie you“ve got yourself a dynamic duo that would look good in a mystery tv series.
But that“s about it really both the X-Files and Zak got much of their momentum out of the esotericism craze of the 80s and 90s.
Though with the rising popularity of Cryptozoology and Ghost Hunting TV shows stuff like that could like become popular again in these present daysā¦
Ahemā¦
Who cares as long as I spell Zak McKracken, rightā¦
The association of the environmentalists against harming two-headed squirrels?
Uhhhhā¦look behind you a two-headed monkey!
Stupid Count, you“re much funnier when your profanites are beeped!
so? @ZakPhoenixMcKracken did you?
I just noticed that leaving a certain word out of this sentence made it sound so much worseā¦
Eheh, there are still a few days to the end of July!
Guess you better should have said august. then.
I wonder where is @LowLevel now.
Maybe heās been kidnapped by the Caponians!
The way I know him he“s teaching the Caponians ways in which to use the 60 Hertz Hum more efficiently!
