Well, at least we are participate in the FIFA World Cup! Take this you… you… you… Italian!
We Germans had the habit to put spray cream into the coffee and sell that as a “Cappuccino”. Thank god, we don’t do that anymore, but you can tell your friends that it could be even more worse.
I have no idea how that happened. Funnily enough I actually considered @tasse-tee’s theory before she suggested it, then realised I hadn’t eaten any triangle shaped objects.
Re theory number 2, I don’t tend to wear patches of bikini all over my body, no. Nor did my top fall down and get eaten by a seagull. Wait, I’m getting my theories muddled up…
The triangle sunburn continues to remain a mystery.
We were supposed to go there but the trip got cancelled because of choppy water THANKS FOR THE LOVELY Photo
There were! We explored the booze in an Irish pub and nattered with some fellow English people
Aye! It was a really cute narrow pub with a loud but friendly barman, with really cool paraphernalia on the walls. One of my favourite notes scrawled on there was ‘happiness is a dry fart’. Wise words indeed.
I’ve been to both of those, but at different times to you. I loved both.
I ended up having it instead of the pizza fritta that @Gffp(?) recommended, because they were too busy to make it, boo. This was in Trianon, by the way, which I think is a pizza chain.
On the topic of food, I loved this cone selection that I got at Pompeii. A yummy selection of arancini balls, potato things (hash browns over here) and cheese and ham things.
Hahaha… I meant “pomo” as a sort of decorative abstract fruit, which is pretty common here and in other regions of Italy
(Disney’s “Bedknobs and Broomsticks” is actually translated here as “Pomi d’ottone e manici di scopa” )
Yeah, well usually pizzerie don’t cook pizza fritta, unless they’re specifical for those. They could do that but it requires a different preparation (it takes time to set it) so I’m pretty confident they told you the truth! Yes, Trianon is a chain, but still family run, they’re just three. You’ve tried that one in Sorrento, I’ve tried the other two in Naples and Salerno (the last one is one of my favourites pizzerias there).
That’s " ‘o cuopp’ " it’s a used mostly for street food and can hold very different (usually fried) food items.
