I´ve seen and eaten both seperatly, but not that particular combination! 
That looks… nasty. Is it a hot dog? Is it fries? Is it pizza? Why, it’s all 3-in-one! Luckily they didn’t top it with chocolate ice cream.
But I can attest that children love it. My daughter always asks for it, but I thought it was a myth. This is the first time I ever saw one.

I’m still confident that this is a myth and that the picture is photoshopped. You can’t do this with a pizza! I mean, I can’t put chocolate on a schnitzel or white beans on toast! Oh. Wait.

No! Well, to be honest, I’m not sure. @milanfahrnholz had some encounters with beans-on-toast of the third kind a few days ago. So maybe this is meanwhile “gehobene deutsche Küche” (= fine dining) and no one has told me…
If the beans are in the form of a kind of mousse sprayed with a high pressure canister, yes.

What you can’t do with a pizza is to put pineapple on it.
