The Steam page is down. 
It’s still up for me… are you in Germany? I think there was some new law there about age ratings that is bamboozling some Steam pages.
Ah, yes! That could be the reason.
Just bought this on Steam, it’s in Early Access, but backers to the Kickstarter say it’s playable and finishable in its current state.
I’ll try playing it over the next few days.
