The BBC Computer Literacy Project

But that’s a common scheme: The children had these computers at school, so they are familiar with these models. As a result they would like to have a BBC Micro as a Christmas present.

And AFAIK these computers were meant to be for other educational purposes too. So I assume that a lot of interested grown ups bought one of these. And if they had a kid…

Is that a stain on my monitor or are you happy to read me?

I spotted a speck of dust! (You have to click on the right spot.)

It’s an apostrophe for your meme.

It’s funny that Discourse doesn’t like me writing one word replies, but it’s quite happy with dismembered punctuation.

Oh, yeah for the “Im”! Well I did not have much of a choice for a better written one since that one had by far the best picture.

Yeah, I thought the same about pure emoji replies.

Yes, it was worth the sacrifice

Maybe to her (I feel like she’s a she) emojis represent full sentences.

E.g. = Man, that is so funny I’m squeezing my butt cheeks together so I don’t explode!

I will read it like that in the future when I see you using that.

Oh look here, I got scolded by discourse for talking to you!

Seems like we are fine again!

Yeah, I know. Me in the morning:

PoP was never that fast, was it? It’s more like Sonic of Persia.

Speaking of PoP + different platforms:

I’ve seen a great video some time ago about all kinds of Prince of Persia ports.
All those small and bigger differences not just in graphics but also gameplay is very interesting.

Just days ago DavidXNewton made an updated version of this video (which now also includes the BBC one):

(this is the previous video I have seen)

He also made one about Prince of Persia 2:
