Yeah, I tried it plain… :face_vomiting:

I tried mixing a tiny bit with ice & seltzer and it’s not horrible, but still tastes like mouthwash. It even foams up when you pour it in. :slight_smile:

I thought maybe it was to mix in coffee as a digestif but it was too late in the evening when I had it. I didn’t feel like having caffeine or making a pot of decaf.

Maybe tomorrow night I’ll try it with cola. :drooling_face:

It’s also one of the few drinks you can actually use to sanitize from coronavirus! :yum: (Alcoholic percentage 70).
I like it at the end of a hearty meal, like today. Or when you need to wake you up a bit.

Albeit correct, this phrase is quite a pun.

the adjective “spiritoso” is used in a very uncommon way, meaning “alcoholic”.
But usually you refer to an alcoholic drink as a “bevanda alcolica”, or simply a “liquore”.
The common meaning of “spiritoso” is “witty, funny”.

Well, yeah, that’s a funny drink for sure.
