No idea how she acquired that name. Google seems to think it’s Celtic, though. So close enough …
Oh yeah, sounds like it.

He wrote some X-Files books but they weren’t great either!

Stay a while…
Whaaaat? Can’t hear you over ere.
Maybe we should create a new thread where we both are discussing fancy things that the others don’t know or don’t like … ![]()
Hm, I will wrack my brains.
Hey no talkin´ ´bout me!
Oh wait, I´m not fancy, am I?
I have a weird relationship with Lord of the Rings…
When I was about 8 I read The Hobbit and then read the Lord of the Rings and LOVED it…
I saw the Ralph Bakshi movie and the Rankin/Bass “Return of the King” animation and thought they were cool, but I really longed for a proper, great movie version of LOTR.
Then Peter Jackson’s Fellowship of the Ring came out while I was at university and I had the making-of book and some of the toys, etc. and I watched it in the cinema and thought it was great… not exactly how I had perfectly envisaged it in my mind for years, but still excellent.
After that I inexplicably lost all interest in LOTR.
I saw the next two movies and the Hobbit movies, but just kind of casually and not that interested in how they turned out. I enjoyed all of them, but I wasn’t “into” them like I had been previously.
I’m with you there, in a similar boat. I read the paperbacks twice, loved the LOTR movies but then I just got totally burnt out on it.
When they announced The Hobbit would be split into THREE movies I thought it seemed like the studio just trying to keep the cashcow rolling, and I checked out.
I think the only exception is this one
I’m still waiting for Vol. 2 ![]()
Did you mean: 치킨 사줘 ?
We all are! But I´m also still waiting for History Of The World Part 2. That trailer at the end of part 1 got me so excited!
What I actually meant to say was: 오리 고기 요리에 실망했다
And that really put me down, ya know.
그게 그녀가 말한거야
