I’m not a big fan of merchandise, unless it’s an item that I might use frequently, like clothing.
For example, I really really would like to buy the following shoes, which unfortunately are hand-made and no longer available.
But the following tie is available, and it’s really unfortunate that I never wear a tie:

It’s not directly merch, but I always wanted to own the grail diary.
Hm… I only own some shirts and a little plushy from a Kickstarter campaign. So, the answer is no. To be honest, I don’t like most of the merchandising stuff. In most cases the shirts, towels, etc. are just showing in-game scenes or the logos. For me that’s a little bit boring.
But I have to admit, that I like the MI-shoes! They are really, really great. I would buy instantly two pairs of them: One pair to wear and one pair for the cabinet.

Beside that, I don’t wear the stuff, because I fear to ruin them in the washing machine or spill sauce one it.
