Game crashes on PS4 when using options with CE-34878-0

Hi,
the game crashed now already twice on my PS4 when I opened the options to save the game. The game freezes, and after forcing a stop of the game I get an CE-34878-0 error. The annoying thing is that when that happens all saved games are lost!

It only happens on my PS4 with Thimbleweed Park, so I wonder if it is a bug of the game?

Does anybody see the same or have a clue what to do?

This has been fixed and a patch submitted. It should be live in a few days.
