Thunder! Na-na-na-na-na Thunder! Na-na-na-na-na …
Great. Now I have an earworm.
They have announced a thunderstorm in my area in Germany, but at the moment I see the rest of the sunny day…

Yeah, same here. It’s really weird. Bright sunshine and no rain yet. But the train I’m on is stuck because of a lightning strike up ahead ![]()
Yeah thanks
I’m quite hungry though so it’s morphing into ‘HUNGER’.
It really darkened here just yet with a cloud hanging over us. Still sun from not too far off though.
I wonder who will get the downpour first? Sounds like you might…
The radar says it’s really close.
Oh, Beep… That doesn’t look good for me … (If that picture shows Belgium and not Chile.)
It looks like it’s busy bypassing me on the south, meaning I’ve only got some shade but no rain:
…Chile? Your sense of humor is pretty off-beat tonight, lol.
But it’s going west, so I doubt it?
You can join our race! I’m not sure who wins
here
According to our weather forecast I’ll lose the race (today):
You can see on that page that the clouds are heading west to Belgium and the Netherlands. They are not reaching my area. But we’ll get a thunderstorm tomorrow evening (maybe).
I just had one of those red spots passing by 30 minutes ago. Hail, rain, thunder and lightning! But we had a nice summer day earlier, so it’s ok.
Mer mer mer, sunny here, blah blah… ![]()
So is the winner the one who gets the thunder? Noted.
That was my assumption. ![]()
Well it puts a positive spin on an otherwise annoying occurrence, I guess
damn you and your positivity
Nice weather is boring anyway.
Split peronality strikes again!
Bloody autocorrect

You can easily turn any pessimism into optimism. You just have to let the pessimism win.

That hasn’t worked for me in about the last 20 years ![]()

I doubt that you have tried to let the pessimism win.
But that would be a topic for a PM and not one for the fine sunny weather out there… ![]()
