I´d post the bloopers like, right now. But not without permission.
Got them. Please PM me your address and tomorrow the coupons are on their way, @ZakPhoenixMcKracken
@milanfahrnholz I have recorded those sentences more times, since you indicated me the right way to say them
You can post my first attempts, they aren’t final and won’t be in the game.
Ok I am confident that my latest attempt is a better one than that
I’m looking forward to hearing it when I get home from work!
Wait… please tell me you all used British accents for those lines in English??
I can’t make a British accent for shits. Years of watching American TV shows had a strong influence on how I speak English
Oh I would love to, if I knew what to say!
Yeah, as far as I could.
Try it with “North Cothelstone Hall”.
@tasse-tee: At school we (= I) learned actually british English. For example I tend to write “colour” instead of “color”. In addition I love(d) a lot of british TV shows (Fawlty Towers is a classic for German pupils!) So I might actually have a british accent - or at least sound a little bit British with a huge German accent.
I can do one of the following:
- Poe´s The Raven
- A random page from Lord Of The Rings

Aren’t we off-topic from this off-topic topic?
Anyway, there is no need to search the coupons anymore: @Mario kindly provided them for me.
Thanks!
Well now that, this is settled I will wait for the results. I´ll do it in any case, even if only for @tasse-tee.
Not if you change the title! (Or if I do so… I apparently have title-editing permissions now…!)
Just listened to Milan’s clip - well done! German sounds are tricky if you haven’t spoken the language before. Unfortunately, putting on a German accent doesn’t automatically give you the ability to speak the language, as you seem to have discovered with the second line hehe.
It makes a big difference if you just read it phonetically or know what each word means.
I can’t make a British accent for shits. Years of watching American TV shows being italian had a strong influence on how I speak English
I voted, but only if you make a British AND an American sample.
Okay and if that doesn´t work out you can always listen to Christopher Walken:
This remembered me of Felix Dvorak. He parodies languages (don’t try do understand what he is saying):
Well. I don’t understand some Bavarians too, even if they know what they are saying. Well, I hope that they know what they are saying…
At the moment the voting is 50:50. So he could read one with a British and the other one with an American accent.
Oh we don´t understand each other either. Someone who lives in Fürstenfeldbruck wouldn´t understand someone who lives deep in the bavarian forest(where people more bark than talk).
Makes sense since Poe was american and Tolkien british.
