There already is one! I found the invite link on Reddit.
It doesn’t seem to be active anymore, though.
I think this forum serves the same purpose that a Discord server would

It’s mainly chat & IRC for me but it’s also Teamspeak.
The video calling is still inferior to Skype but it’s serviceable.

I don´t really play online games. My PC is too slow these days and on PS4 you have to pay for multiplayer access these days.

There’s no need really. @tasse-tee already linked to a “server.”
Anyway, it’s just a chatroom. For text (+pics) but also for speech. I think I could potentially also stream my Zak McKracken game to people on the server if I wanted to but I’m not sure.
