Anything below 70% isn’t really chocolate. I had some with 99% and while you could only consume it in small doses, it did have a great taste.

I also do like chocolate filled with stuff. My favourite used to be the one from Ritter Sport with peppermint filling, until I discovered palm fat on the list of ingredients. Switched to a different brand now. Two other favourites are

I also like dark breakfast spreads much more than the usual stuff. Discovered a very good one when we visited Strasbourg this spring:

Frankly I cannot stand in anymore when others do it. But for some strange reason I don´t mind it,when I do it myself.

You know, the first video you provided is quite professional. It makes even the special pizza pasta, adds topping and cooks it in the oven at 380°.
What surprises me, all whe writings are in italian…
