After a lot of driving around and talking to people I got into some shooting and brawling too as well as stealthing and hacking (where you scan your surroundings for stuff to manipulate and select how, which I´m sure will be fun later). But I´m still in the tutorial stage. Looks nice so far though. Could still need fixes performance wise though. It´st still very early.
From all those screenshots, I’m most drawn to the image on the rotating billboard with the rappelling (abseiling) woman sporting an 80s adventure cap. Is it a game? A movie? An ad for blue sport clothing?
I am currently playing the sega megadrive game Shining Force (on the Switch so I can cheat and rewind when needed and save midway through battles) and Sam & Max 201
One would guess levitation sandals are an actual thing by 2077. Nothing to see here … .
And on topic: as Haven stubbornly refuses to run on Wine (the demo worked flawlessly), I’m back to Crusader Kings III. That one is still full of surprises. For some unknown reason I wound up as first in line to inherit the Holy Roman Empire, with a 95% chance to murder the current emperor.
Let’s just say I failed that particular test of character … .
That article reads as if it would be right out of the game. They really must have digged through a lot of history books and distilled all that strife and intrigue into a relationship simulator (with a bit of a war game tacked on) that allows a pretty faithful reanaction of the medieval era at the nobility level.
Though I doubt there’s much historical evidence that the former Holy Roman Emperor subscribed to a nudist ideology .
One of the funniest bits I should have captured on video was when a car suddenly got catapulted high into the air (backwards) possibly because it was in the way or something. There are flying cars in this future but that´s not what I was expecting!
Hehe, that´s funny, because there is a joke about pineapple and tuna pizza in a dialogue option at one point (which I didn´t try but now I think I should have.)
