In Italy “stop breaking my balls” (or my “boxes”, if you want to stay polite) is a very common way to say “stop bothering me”. Is it the same in english? I’ve never heard it, but I’ve the feeling it could be lecit, though uncommon.
Anyway, “don’t BRAKE my balls” will be my new favorite phrase to say “don’t take the wind out of my sails”
