Customs trouble when receiving rewards

Hi Guys, being a total Merch Junkie, I’ve been trying to collect whatever I can get my hands on. Most I’ve bought on the Fangamer site for those of you who are not aware: but I also got some neat pin I got at Gamescom last year. [image] What about you guys ? Do you like merchandise ? For the records: Fangamer shipped from the US. On the invoice they listed every single feelie that is in the box - without the values. As I haven’t watched the unboxing video, it was “funny” to explain the officer that I had no idea, what these beeping things are and where they are in the parcel. To make it much more funny, the bottom of the invoice named a price - but not the correct one. After 30 minutes we both (the officer and I) gave up and guessed the value. So I had to pay round about 16…

The problems seem to affect the backers who got more stuff than the box. And yes, I’s not the fault of Terrible Toybox.

Sorry I have to say this, but from my experiences this is not completely true. At least for me they just offer two shipping methods: With DHL they just give the package to DHL. With this method you have to pay the duty when the package arrives. In some countries (like Germany) you may have luck that they “overlook” the package, but you can’t rely on that. The second shipping method is via UPS. You have to pay a lot more, but in this case UPS handles the duty for you. In both cases Fang…
